A few years ago, I was hitting a very low point in my life. I was suffering from anxiety, depression, and had gained a lot of weight from emotional eating. When I saw I was the heaviest I had ever been, I decided to do whatever I could to become healthy. Someone I trusted referred me to Jeremy Riden. To this day I am beyond thankful he did. When I first spoke to Jeremy, I knew right away he was different than anyone else I have spoken with before . He made me feel and see myself in ways that I never saw myself as before.

When we began talking, Jeremy knew how to talk to me through my intense anxiety. He asked me the right questions at the right time. I never said no to anyone only because I was afraid of being disliked. I wasn’t comfortable in my own skin, and despised being in pictures. I was my toughest critic. Thankfully after Jeremy worked with me, I am now my biggest cheerleader.

When I walk into a room now, I walk with contagious confidence. Thanks to Jeremy, I learned who I really was and learned how to accept love from others. I eat when I’m hungry and not when I’m trying to escape from reality. I’ve cut off abusive relationships and learned how to keep healthy boundaries with other people in my life. Because of a mental exercise Jeremy taught me, I’m now able to look at myself in the mirror and see beauty. Through me speaking to Jeremy about the nightmares I had, he helped me realize the hidden fears I had and since conquered. I’ve gained the confidence to take a public speaking class and make new friends. I opened my heart to an amazing man and we are in a healthy relationship. I am challenging myself and finding situations to get out of my comfort zone. I believe in myself and refuse to settle with anything less.

These are things I could’ve never seen a few years ago. Because Jeremy has instilled so much in my life, it’s become my beautiful reality.
